In the rare case, you're not 100% satisfied with the product(s), you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for the same product within 7 days from the moment it was received. Alternatively, we can issue you a store credit to place another order. In case you receive a defective product we will support the return costs to our warehouse. If the product(s) is returned for other reason than that, the buyer will support the cost of returning the good(s).
To return a product follow 4 simple steps:
1. Send 2-4 pictures of the product(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the reason of the return. Use the order number like #LXM13245 in the email subject
2. Once you receive our return address, you may ship the product(s) via a courier of your choice. We require tracking numbers for all returns.
3. Provide us the tracking number for the return.
4. Once your product is returned to our warehouse you will have the amount refunded. Please allow 2-10 business days for the transaction to appear on your account.
*We do not accept returns on Promo Products as they are Final Sale. This is to be fair to all customers; those who used the codes and those who did not as stock is limited.*
